This is a great example of the type of commercial line drawings we can create using SolidWorks. These parts were all modeled in 3D from reference samples. The advantage to using 3D CAD software, over traditional hand-drawing or 2D illustration approaches, is the ability to produce multiple drawings from the same CAD files. Once the part is modeled, generating multiple images is from different angles is easy and efficient.
